Okra is to originate and to be prepared from clean, sound crop. Okra are to be sorted by moving rotten, diseased, over mature fruits, then washed, blanched, cooled and individual quick frozen, packed into polyethylene bag and packed in corrugated cardboard box or a suitable packing.
